Holiday/ Rental
Fresh, hotel-style touches: Changing bedding, putting fresh towels out and replenishing amenities you provide such as toiletries. We will ensure your place is up to the highest standard for each and every guest.
Attention to details for reviews: Holiday rentals often depend on reviews, so cleaning services will go the extra mile to ensure everything is immaculate. We can even check things like lightbulbs and batteries in remotes.
Checking for damage: We will inspect the property for any damage, spills, or missing items after each guest departs, reporting anything that needs to be addressed before the next check-in.
Seasonal deep cleans: For properties located in places that experience seasonal changes, deep cleans may be necessary at certain times of the year—like before or after peak travel seasons, or to maintain a property’s quality during the off-season.

Travel times over a certain distance may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your clean we require over 48 hours notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours you will pay 50% of the fee and if you cancel on the day of the clean we will require full payment.
If we are unable to gain access to the property you will be required to pay in full.
